Vadym has spent his career building and running complex businesses at scale. He has acquired companies, served on boards in private equity, and spent over ten years at Amazon building new businesses and growing teams from the ground up to global scale.

Vijay Bala

Co-founder, Silvervector

Vijay has extensive experience leading and growing complex consumer and technology businesses. He has worked across investment banking and senior operating roles, supporting acquisitions and running high-growth businesses at Amazon, Noom, and Coupang.
